Building a Brewery 1: Hello and Goodbye
On the 1st of March we finally got the keys to the place we have rented for our brewpub at the Europaallee! Many thanks to the previous tennant Provins, for their support and hand-over. Here at the Gustav-Gull-Platz we are starting building our new brewery and tankbierbar, where we will be brewing and serving our fresh beers from this Summer! We didn’t want to waste any time and immediately started getting rid of everything the new brewery doesn’t need: after a few days of hammering, drilling, sawing and cutting the place was ready for the beginning of the cool part, building a brewery! We also decided to paint a few boards with our new logo, to start personalising the space, and loved to see that some of you decided to pop in and look around to see and ask what was going on here.
